For anyone who has been bereaved at any time and in any way.

This 6 weeks course will gently guide you through the most common aspects of grief, whether you have a faith or no faith.

Anyone who has suffered a bereavement will know the huge impact it can have on your everyday life.  This course will enable you to share this difficult journey with others who are also experiencing similar painful feelings, and help you to navigate a path through.
Each week will comprise two short filmed talks, followed by discussion in smaller breakout groups, hosted by a group facilitator.
Topics covered include:
Attachment, separation and loss
The impact and pain of bereavement
Handling difficult emotions
Coping with change
Moving forward
Grief from a faith perspective (optional)
