For those with children, our children and youth team use a multisensory approach in their teaching and we have an additional needs champion in Junior Church each Sunday to give support if needed.
What we offer:
Accessible parking spaces close to the entrance to the church centre and step-free access to key areas
Accessible seating options
An accessible toilet
Services are captioned with subtitles
A hearing loop
Regulation resources (fidgets, ear defenders, sensory items) available in the main service and in all children's and youth sessions
If there’s something that would help make your experience easier, more comfortable, or more enjoyable, please just ask. We love making space for everyone, and we’re always learning.
DISCIPLESHIP
We invite everyone, whether new to faith or mature in faith to actively follow Jesus and pursue spiritual growth. We do this by offering a variety of courses and encourage people to get involved in smaller communities. Find out more about our Discipleship Strategy under 'What's On.'
CHILDREN & YOUTH
We have an active Junior Church that meets every Sunday morning during the 9.30 service. Groups for all ages are available throughout term-time. Throughout the year our Children's Pastor also leads a variety of one-off events and activities for families.
If you are a parent/carer with young children why not bring them along to our stay and play group, Caterpillars. Operating every Tuesday afternoon during term-time, we enjoy crafts, stories, play and other activities each week.
We have a range of groups for those in years 7-11. Our Fuel Youth Group meet on Friday evenings and Sunday mornings in the church centre. Young people who want to go deeper in faith have the opportunity to join an extra group, Fuel:Cell.
If you have a 2-4 year old you might be interested in our pre-school playgroup, Butterflies. They operate every day during term time from the church hall and have strong links with St Mary's Church of England primary school.
