Dan King was a careforce worker in SWCC. from 2001 – 2002. He and his wife Rachel, a doctor, have always had vision to serve the Lord overseas using their linguistic and medical skills.
In January 2014 the opportunity arose for them to work in South west Tanzania with their children Aaron and Lydia.
Dan is involved in Bible translation projects in Wycliffe Office in Myebe province. There are 3 million people with no bible in their mother tongue, Rachel is working at the nearby Mbazali Hospital with 225 beds, a large outparient department, medical, surgical and paediatric wards.
